These days, it’s hard not to come across the term “pickleball.” It’s trendy, and people are becoming curious and eager to experience what the excitement is all about—as it turns out, CDSI is no exception!

In pickleball, rallies are won not just with quick reflexes and precise shots, it also goes hand in hand with teamwork and communication. This is precisely why this year’s socials picked to organize a Pickleball event for Creative Dynamix Solutions Inc.’s 2026 Q3 huddle.

CDSI was honored to be one of the first people to try out The Dink Loft—Marikina City’s first and only 24/7 pickleball court.

Sometimes, all it takes is a quick “We’ve got this” to keep a team motivated and in sync. Through pickleball, colleagues build stronger connections, develop better teamwork, and create a supportive environment. The activity also serves as a refreshing way to unwind, reduce stress, and recharge from work-related demands.

Team 1 served, rallied, and smashed their way to a flawless 5-0-0 finish, proving unstoppable on their road to victory.

Finishing just behind the champions, Team 3 claimed second place with a 3-2-0 record, proving themselves to be formidable contenders on the court.

Team 2 battled their way to a podium finish, securing third place with a 2-3-0 record and proving they were a force to be reckoned with.

Although only three teams secured places on the podium, every player walked away a winner in terms of experience, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Their passion for the game and support for one another transformed the tournament into more than just a competition, making it a celebration of camaraderie, wellness, and friendly rivalry.

Finally, the team wrapped up the day by celebrating the Q3 birthday celebrants over a shared meal. Surrounded by good food, shared stories, and laughter, colleagues enjoyed a meaningful time of connection and camaraderie, making the occasion even more memorable.

“It was everyone’s first time playing pickleball. At first, we thought it would be easy, but we quickly realized there was more to it than meets the eye. We may not have played perfectly, but what mattered most was that we had fun, got a good workout, and enjoyed a satisfying meal together after the game.” This year’s head organizer for the socials committee, Sarah M. Hernandez said when asked about her thoughts on the event.
