CDSI Elemental Synergy: CDSI Celebrates 6th anniversary with a fun team building experience

May 3, 2025— Creative Dynamix Solutions Inc. (CDSI) held their 2025 Corporate Team Building at Caliraya Resort Club, Lumban, Laguna. With the theme #CDSIElementalSynergy, the team building was held to promote collaboration and camaraderie among team members, as well as foster communication and boost employee morale. A late celebration for CDSI’s anniversary, the event was also an opportunity for everyone to be introduced to each other, with new colleagues joining the organization this 2025.
With a 10-activity list, members were grouped together into the four elements: Water, Earth, Fire, and Air. The games had challenged members as a group and as individuals, drawing out their skills and intelligence, as well as cooperation and communication among peers.
Team Fire (Red) emerged as the blazing Champions, with a whopping 820 points.
Team Water (Blue)— came in next as the cool 1st runner up, leading with 10 points over the next opponent.
Earth Team (Green) had bloomed to 2nd runner up, trailing just behind Team Blue.
Soaring to 3nd runner up is Team Air (White)— taking a bow at 750 points.
