Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, or other business operations.
• Strong interest in technology and business process improvement.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ERP systems, or business applications is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and project teams.

What you will be doing

• Analyze client business processes and requirements and recommend appropriate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions.
• Conduct business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops.
• Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations based on client requirements.
• Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, user guides, and project documentation.
• Facilitate system demonstrations, user training, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to deliver business solutions.
• Provide implementation, support, and continuous improvement recommendations for ERP systems.
